What a fun packed wedding day this was.  It was clear from my first meeting with Mark and Stacey that their day was going to be all about family, friends and children.  The venue was booked at the Kilhey Court Hotel in Standish which is a grand old victorian building set in 11 acres of landscaped grounds and a place that I have been visiting for many years now.

The day started nice and early when I met up with Stacey and her bridesmaids in their hotel room at Kilhey Court.  It was a lovely spring morning in May, the groundsman were out mowing the grass and the lady’s were all very relaxed sipping champagne whilst getting ready.

I then took the short journey to their house for some pictures of Mark and his groomsmen getting ready before making the return trip to Kilhey Court for the rest of the day.  Once back at Kilhey Court, the guests had assembled and it was time for a beautiful ceremony absolutely packed with smiles.

After the ceremony it was drinks outside for the grown ups while the kids enjoyed a huge bouncy castle which was set up on the rear lawn.  It was obvious during the speeches that followed just how much Mark and Stacey not only meant to each other but also to their family and friends.

As I left for the day the evening party was in full swing with all ages hitting the dance floor hard!!

Please take a look at some of my favourite pictures of the day…
